LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
WHAT IS COVERED
This certificate guarantees that collision replacement products including: plastic and steel bumper covers,
radiators, fenders, hoods, grilles and other automotive and truck replacement parts purchased from Express
Body Parts, Inc. to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns
the vehicle, on which the part is installed. This warranty includes perforation (metal rust-through) due to
corrosion in normal use. If the products are properly installed and any failure should occur, simply provide
proof of purchase and a new part will be provided free of charge.
If you are unable to obtain satisfactory service, please contact Express Body Parts, Inc.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not include commercial vehicles or cover failure or perforation resulting from accident,
damage, abuse or improper installation. This warranty is not transferable.
THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES. INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY.
Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights. You may also have other rights which
vary from state to state.
